Getting appointments need to be made easier. Waiting two weeks for an appointment is no good for anyone. Also receptionists are very rude on the phone.

Brilliant GP (best I have had since 1999!)
Reception staff was the issue for long time - seems a lot better now since some staff changes.

Couldnt get an appointment within the week, after 4 mornings of calling at 8am (3 kids to get ready for school makes this very difficult) I finally get an appointment. Waited for the appointment before having to leave & rebook.

Over half an hour wait to see doctor!!! Your policy is that if the patient is more than 10 mins late for their appointment they are refused. Yet the doctors are OK to keep patients waiting.

Hi I am sorry you had a wait for your appointment- generally our team are very good at keeping to time but obviously if they have one or two complicated cases that take longer than ten minutes it will cause a delay. It is important that the time has the time necesary for their problem and we don not know what the problem is until they are with the GP.

Having to phone at 8a.m. and then not being able to be seen by a doctor for a further 48 hours is totally unsatisfactory.

If your problem is urgent in nature and cannot wait 2 days we have a GP on call each day who will call you back to assess the problem and they will see you that day if necessary.
